Windsor

On its official city website, Windsor says it is the “Gateway to Wine Country.” That’s code for “Nothing to see here folks, just keep moving.”  Orrin Thiessen (developer extraordinaire) had a dream….unfortunately for Windsor, it turned into a nightmare….with 40% of the developed “Windsor Town Green Village” unoccupied and, looking more like Disneyland North, on a rainy Monday in February……
