Across from Windsor Town Green with outdoor patio seating and a nostalgic interior of a 40’s and 50’s diner with great reproduction artifacts of that era. The menu is more of a Fonzi meets California cuisine! Specialty burgers by the dozen, wonderful french fries, shakes & smoothies, sandwiches & subs. This place rocks it. With 8 different Eggs Benedict served daily, not just for Sunday anymore here this kitchen sings to me with homemade Hollandaise sauce (who does that at a diner?) and eggs that are poached to perfection. For my non-egg loving husband, a side of country potatoes and sausage patties, 3 good sized and very tasty did it for him. The wait staff is friendly and efficient. Plates fly out of the kitchen and arrive HOT at the table. Who can ask for more? But wait, there is more. KC’s has specials during the week for dinner. Wednesday night “Ribeye” served with choice of potato, veg and bread $14.95 from 4pm till they run out! Friday & Saturday, slow roasted “Prime Rib” served with choice of potato, fresh veg and bread $16.75 – $22.95 (depends on size you pick) 4:30pm till they run out.
